    I know you don't make the rules, but what is the point of fastening the unit to a pad that isn't attached to the ground and probably weighs less than the unit ?

    Trap works either way. Easier to clean out as installed. Just poke a wire straight down.

    From here anyway, the disconnect switch cover looks like it would be hard to open completely. Eerr guessing that’s what that is..

    Yay!,...tell them to wax the sheetmetal panels if they want the unit to look brand new as the years pass,..gives them a feel good feeling or if they sell the residence, makes it pop somewhat....just saying Hopefully the system got registered.
