    Rooftop glop...

Video taken by a co-worker awhile back.

The hood system is for a burger joint located in a place which rivals a VERY large shopping mall.

By the looks of it, a grease hood that fouled up will probably catch fire itself.

They make gummy-bear molds. Mmm multi-flavor exhaust hood jelly. That’s just nasty. I’d be pissed to work on that without prior pressure washing. You’d never smell the same.
