I did checked the required service to run are all in running. After awhile it pop out message "application database transfer was spawned but has not registered with the AFW".
Is it i need do anything to environment variables?
or add a user group name as software and give permission to user?

3.10 is reeeally old. Does it even work on Windows 7? I just checked the system requirements and Win7 is not listed.
