Compressor oil loss

Thanks Bob.. I agree, and its a 2016 that has leaked from the exact same joint 2 times so far. I am thinking the added head pressure from the height causes more vibration.. but Not sure at this point.

If the condenser is 11 stories above the air handler. There is no increase in head pressure. As gravity helps to reduce it.

If the condenser was 11 stories below the air handler, then the head pressure would be greatly increased.
