Tracer Summit "Database Not Available" Error

I am running version 17 sp 18 on a windows 10 machine. Once in a while when launching Tracer Summit it says database not available, correct the problem with the database and try again. I restart the machine and it works. Sometimes it doesn't do it for weeks, other times it will do it 3 times in a day. Any ideas?

You have to restart the equipment or your computer?

BTW, you should probably have this moved to the commercial forum. Tracer Summit isn’t seen in residential as far as I know.
