    Blower motor is shot so you need to replace the whole unit

    That building should have a railing along so you can’t fall when working that close to the edge.

    Yea I can pull the top. I was just being facetious. gonna be a nightmare to ever work on this. Especially working on the heating side. Forger ever replacing a heat exchanger. there most definitely should be a railing. Doubt there were permits involved.
