    I'm still trying to think of what your issue could be Doug, but it absolutely appears to be specific to your desktop computer, not the site itself.

    thanks ICE. Mircosoft already did that. When I went to look at that the windows had an upgrade and it took care of that. I also took Edge out and am running IE..Same problem.. Ready to shoot this POS.

    I have not heard much good about Win 10 V 2004...

    Might want to stick with 1910... it seems to work...

    Fixed!! After over two more hours with Dell, they found that Kaspersky has something blocking the web site. It may be "banner blocking" Why laptop is working remains to be seen. Will now contact Kaspersky.
