Bryant Plus 90 furnace, blower motor will not run

    Troubleshooting my A/C system.

    1. the condenser outside runs, the unit is getting cold
    2. the blower motor does not run

I can get the blower motor to run by bypassing the controller - power to the COLD/black motor wire.

R terminal has over 27 volts
G terminal has over 26 volts with fan on, removing COLD and COM terminals, read less than 1 V on the control board.
Y terminal has over 26 volts with AC on
W terminal has over 26 volts with the heat on

at this point I am suspecting the controller needs to be replaced. Any other trouble shooting instructions?
