I'm tired of these mediocre "semi flammable" refrigerants. If we're going to do it let's do it right.
Unless we change direction we are likely to end up where we are going.

Lol..I'm not too sure I think they are exhaust units for some stovetops. That's where the grease came from. I'm not super well versed on commercial stuff I mainly do residential

They probably had to tilt them after getting complaints of downd planes from greasy windshields.

That’s nasty - hate kitchen grease! Usually see them discharge straight up and have seen a few discharge out the side of a wall. All that I have see have a drain built into than so they don’t blast grease all over everything. Wonder if they took the coalescers out of the hood.

Is that a line of grease spraying out of the blower? Look at the top edge of it -the whitish 'mist' shooting straight out?

I don't think so, looks like glare on the camera or something

Somebody left the baffles out - the grease is supposed to be at least somewhat separated out of the airstream.

How does the rainwater drain out?

Damn. My isolation room hoods are similar to those and at least have a drain for rain water.
    Nemo me impune lacessit.

How much blood do I have to bathe in to get clean?

Gotta wonder if it smells around there sometimes with all that rotting grease. Friends used to go to a Mexican restaurant/bar all the time. It always smelled like a grease trap in there. Don't know how come they would only notice it when I would bring it up.
