Yeah... put your question in PRO general... most of the folks who have experience will see it!

I remember when I first joined I couldn’t keep up with all the new post.

2 crashes later I feel I can get on once a week and be caught up within an hour.

I think a lot of people left this site after back to back crashes.

I also think a lot of the traffic is now in arp, which I don’t have the energy for.

Yeah... when a site crashes for a month or so... folks move on...
Not sure why the site was not up again over a weekend... even without historical posts... getting the site up again; quickly... would have seemed to me, to be paramount. However what do I know...

    On the ARP thing...
Dirty little secret: the added traffic at ARP... has always been what kept the site in the $$$ green...
Other forums did not make it... they did not have enough traffic to make $$$...
Having ARP has always added significant traffic.

And yeah... I have a hard time keeping up with ARP...
One of the reasons I put the liberals on ignore... just not enough time to read their stuff...
Hard enough to keep up with the conservative news in that forum.
