    Oh and the furnace has a draft inducer so the dryer vent doesn't need to go up hill does it?

    It’s not a problem, that’s just the high efficiency secondary heat exchanger upgrade kit. It’s new to the market, you probably just haven’t seen it yet...

    These folks also have a very comfortable crawlspace as I still need to go back and repair the two 8 inch ducts that are pulled loose.
