I've got some semi old aluminum frame windows. moisture got inside the glass and clouded them up to the point you can't see through them. I took apart one that had cracked glass, cut broken pane off and replaced. I drilled a 5/64" hole in the top and pushed in a B&G probe. I attached refer gauge setup with vac pump and Argon; at only 2" vacuum the 44" pane was sucking in about .125". I decided that would not work at all so I drilled another hole at other end and just purged Ar @ 4CFH @ 5PSI until cigarette lighter went out. Any thoughts (yes i'm on my meds)
