    Shame

Customer called for a bad condensate pump. Found the pump worked fine but they had massive rusting caused by freezing up due to lack of airflow.
Quoted customer to replace all that rusted tin, relocate a new evap coil in a good spot, and seal everything up, and this is on a 20+ yr old system (quoted a new ac as well). They were selling the home and thought my price was too high, luckily for them they found someone to claim that there's no issue and I was trying to rip them off. Sad thing is I'm the bad guy for trying to do the right thing, and the new home owners get screwed. Life is all about perception!

Just click that black triangle and report yourself.
I do a triple evac with nitro to remove non condensables.

People are more concerned about saving a buck than doing things right and safe.

Wow, that took me a minute to figure out.

So, air is discharging from the furnace, top half blanked off, bottom half goes under coil, up through coil into takeoffs?

    What a bunch of morons.

Looks like a scene for a B horror movie about a killer HVAC system.

the home owners knew about this and if it causes a problem down the line the realtor and old home owner are on the hook for fixing or replaceing it.
The home owner is in my area required to dislcose ANY defects in any of the home or its systems.
had a friend who brought a house get a new AC system that way and the old home ower footed the bill i loved it

Just need to double check the time limits on those sorts of things. If you don't find things within the time limit, they get away with it.
