I used to work at a chemical plant....one of the 480 volt refrigeration condensers sat up on a concrete pad, with the electrical panel about 3' from a steel building. you had to lean against the building to look down in the panel, and when it rained there was a large puddle of water, about an inch deep right in front of the access panel.

One day I went to do a PM, I walked up to the unit, and it was like a voice in my head said, "Yeeesssss, come stand in the puddle of death!!"

that one didn't get touched that day! LOL!!

Zero maintenance and pretty much troublefree for years?, If so I’ll have to install one in my residence that looks exactly like that unit, brand should not matter as its all in the install..
