Aw, HELL, Why am I so darn easy??? That lady from this morning called back late this afternoon any damn near CRIED over her and me parting ways. She promised COD and I caved in to her wiley feminine ways. She also caved in by allowing me to do my routines my way. Damn,darn,damn it!!!!! Me and my terrible ATTITUDE just go me 3-4 DAYS of work.

Maybe you could have called those two customers so they wouldn't be wondering if you were going to get to them. That is part of building value Terry. Their time is valuable and you are there to serve them. You see much of this along with listening is easy.
Plus 3-4 days work in the end of May or in June deserves another wow. What is that 5-12K? Good for you.
