So the guy is remodeling bath and wants the exposed flue redone. I go out to look and all I can see on the roof is a bathroom fan roof termination. Yep that's where the gas water heater flue terminated! Have to swing back. I found my silicone caulk was shot.

Those makitas are tanks. Last forever. Can also swap the old batteries for upgraded lithium ones with a little know how.
