Been too busy to weigh myself or even think about it. 96 degrees outside, backed up now. Be upper 60s this weekend though.

    213.0, 25.3 BF.

I sabotaged myself. I made the mistake of saying to the wife I haven't had any Cajun nut mix in a while, they had been out in the store. I like to take the nut mix and mix in M&Ms in a 1:2 - 1:4 blend. The sweet with the spice and heat is great but a lot of empty calories. eating it as my desk does not help as apposed to eating it between calls.

It also didn't help that I didn't stop for lunch yesterday and ended up with a big plate of pulled pork nachos for supper. I was tired enough I forgot a beer would have been good with it until I was done eating.

Be careful of dehydration... easy to loose water weight... not good for ones health!

    Could be better...

Folks are spooked about the virus...
Patching up existing when they can...
Rather than running up their CC for new!

Thankfully... my area is still doing well economically... I hear that is not the case in some areas.
