No updates today. Been a big cleanup as we had a very rare and strong tornado roll through my small town of Culver, OR yesterday. Lots of damage, fence got blown over, trees collapsed and power out probably a couple days at least. Havent heard of any deaths or injuries, that's what's important. One of the trees fell on one of our cars but surprisingly only scratches. Just bought a new SUV and luckily it didn't get a scratch. 2 inch diameter hail was involved.

After a few week of slacking back on the meals this week. Not down a lb every day more like .75 been eating on top of the prepared meals. Yesterday had the lunch plus stopped for a cheese burger with mots sticks and last call wouldn't let me leave with out a box of donuts and coffee. Ate two Long Johns on the way home and double chocolate glazed with Boston Cream this morning. Finally got warm here. Should cruise past the old low if I get that crap in check.

    203 even.
3 more to go. Has been crazy the last three weeks with work. Eating only one meal a day and eating a few protein bars on the go during the day.

Hope to get to 200 and then get a chance to start weight lifting again.

Wife says she can tell I lost. Pants are lose for sure.
