Exactly. Sounds like typical oversized but the inverter will take care of it! Doesn't work that way.

    Where is this job
What size are the bedrooms that require 3/4-Ton, and 2-Tons?

    Itís in Fulton, MD
2 Bedrooms are 136 sq ft ea.
Then the kitchen/living room area is the remaining space, so itís 136+136-1000= 728 sq ft

Is this an AC mini... or an inverter HP mini???

And is there a smaller 'head' than 9K for the bedrooms???

    Your comfort, Your way, Everyday!

GA's basic rules of home heating and AC upgrades:
*Installation is more important than the brand of equipment
*The duct system keeps the house comfortable; the equipment only heats and cools (and dehumidifies)
*Cheap is not good, good is not cheap; however expensive is not a guarantee of quality!
    Choose your contractor wisely!
