    PTAC Error Code not Finding

Have a Friedrich PTAC M# PDH07K3SG-A used in a small mechanical room that displays an error code of "A4".

Reviewed the installation instructions and search online, but can't find any mention of that specific code.
The unit is calling for heat but just the ID fan operates and display the error code,.

A power cycle will clear code and heat normal.
I have a 2nd unit at another site with same issue and they both are relatively new units.

Yes it is, but a mirrored image of this.
I have it hooked to a remote stat.

Good suggestion, but probably not since units are only about 6 months old and two different ones at different sites.
Looks like a call into their Tech support will be needed.

    Thanks!
