    Anyone here service hospital HVAC

    Do they have special filters in the surgical section and critical care units and baby delivery ?

    I mean , how do they capture all the sneezing and coughing particles...

    Not a hospital but a cosmetic surgery center with operating room. The room has supplies directly over the operating table with some very high grade HEPA filters in the supply grill. Several hundred dollars each filter our cost. The filters themselves have and aluminum frame with a gel like substance in a trough which mates with the supply grill to ensure all air goes through the filter. Chilled water coil has a standard return filter.
