At least some people are smart enough to back it out. I jerked my finger back, made it worse. I've checked many containers of zip-screws, NONE of them have a warning! Suppose we could file a class action suit? John

I’ll be damned if I didn’t hit the exact damn spot with a hammer today. Putting siding on a shed I built. Damn thing had scanned over well. Not any more. Rough week

She’s gonna be tender for awhile I bet. I’ve done it before but never as deep as you describe.

did it one time myself, in crawlspace, and dropped the drill. was screwed to duct and was streching to reach the drill, thought "hope nobody comes down here right now and sees this". would be laughing pretty hard.

only did that once, hit by flourscent ballast one time, hit by oil burner transformer one time. funny how that math works out. do not plan on the nail gun, ever.

I read this the other day and thought , that guy really ought to be more careful , then yesterday ran screw into my index finger . Even after reading the warning . At least it wasn’t deep enough to have to back it out

One week ago I was getting my mail from rusty ass mailbox , it’s bubbled on inside and I reached my hand in there without looking and ran a rusty flake of metal under my finger nail . Does anybody remember the old SNL sketch with Billy Crystal and Christopher Guest ? The “ I hate it when that happens “ brothers

Been there, done that... too many times...
One learns to not be in a hurry... grin

Shot a framing nail into my hand a few times over the years...
    When I was a remodeler, before HVAC/R...

Hurts... however one gets over it.

    This is meant as humor:
If my body can get over multiple screw and nail piercings...
It should be able to handle a virus... grin!
