Max upload PDF is short

Max file size for PDF is 5,242,880

I see that in the "?" tab for "File Upload Manger", but no PDF over 999 bytes (.999 KB) will upload.

So any pdf of 1.0 KB to 5.24 MB (5,242,880) size, will not upload.

Question: Didn't the max file size use to be around 9.1 MB's (9,100,000 bytes), or am I just having a little dementia this morning?

Robb... I took a look at the limits and they are all set to 5,242,880

I'll test some uploads to see if I can reproduce the fault

Problem solved! We are back to being able to upload pdf's up to 5.0MB's.

Robb, thanks for your tireless efforts on a this Sunday, and always.

Once things calm down, and you are bored, maybe you can see about getting the pdf upload up to 9.0MB.
