For what it is worth, the nexus of the corona virus was traced to a medical conference.

Posted it before, can't remember which thread or forum. I think it was the other forum.

The bottom line is that there was a medical conference (in I think Hong Kong or Singapore) where a bunch of people gathered from around the world. After those participants went back to their home countries is when the break out "exploded".

Not rocket science, but simple science.

Could have been anyone there, but since afterwards the biggest explosion was in the Wuhu, pretty simple to figure out it started there. Due to the timing.

Regarding Italy, the way I've been hearing it is there socialist medical is really to blame. After all, it's free. Which means you really don't get any care. Combine that with many people to a dwelling, well . . . You see what you get . . .

Where it came from gives us a clue to what happens. Especially when that government tries to bury it and does not treat the problem properly.

    No sh*t.....

And in Northern California it's hardly rained this year, fire season is looking like it be really bad, and the power company will be turning off power in a few months.

Gonna be a year to remember for us....

I've been banking on people needing HVAC and Gererator services but since generac sent out email stating they would be slowing or stopping their assembly lines I've started wondering if HVAC assembly lines will also drop and we are stuck with jobs and no equipment.

I dont know what kind of stock we have in the US, how long it would sustain us.

The deaths in Italy are due to socialized medical care and multiple generations living in the same house holds.

Cant say I look at it trying to find the differences. I look more for the similarities.

But all my friends, all the conservatives speakers and YouTube channels I watch seem to fall in line with the same thought process.

For whatever reason, this is the first thing since 2015 when I started paying attention to politics that I have disagreed with on a conservative level.

Cant really say why. Just got me when it first came out and I told my wife in December that we need to watch for it cause it was coming.

Right now, this conversation, is 100 times more then anybody I knew thought would happen. Lol....

So I guess my thoughts have been validated thus far.

But I would be much happier if all you guys are right and this sh*t just blows by.....

went to taco smell the other day, they put all the stuff out front behind counter, sauce, forks ,ect. want you to ask for new cup if get refill. people still have to touch the dispenser to get drinks, though. wonder how often the door handles or touch screens are getting cleaned, then?

also, across street the gas pump (dispenser) buttons are filthy at gas station. maybe some priorities on the germ control ?

The thing I’ve wondered about for years is: who is actually in control? There are directions in the global markets, and trends in wealth distribution that seem to be manipulated globally.

There has been a huge push for global economic sharing within the last ten years.....the attempt at a single global economy has been amped up in recent years.

Who is behind that push? It seems like we, here in America, that value individual sovereignty, are the only ones pushing back against globalism, and authoritarianism

I heard a comparison years ago that is an apt description of America.

In most other parts of the world, all things are considered Illegal, until a law or regulation is put into place that allows for that action to be legal.

In America, all things are considered legal until a law or regulation is put into place to make that action illegal.

That idea has allowed for a country, less than 300 years old, to become the most wealthy county in the world. And also has made it a beacon of freedom for people’s of all countries to flock to for a chance at becoming whatever they want to be. It’s an amazing thing really....and also makes us a huge target for many reasons.

No worries. President Trump will offer up every Trump Hotel's bed space to be used as temporary hospital beds.

And in two weeks itll be worse. Its gonna be worse for 6 months.

Everything that is happening is called slowing the curve. As hospitals fill up we will continue to be restricted in attempts to slow the curve on infections.

They say 80% will be fine. Ok. That's great. So 20% will not. Swine flu infected 60 million people in 2009 with 300,000 needing medical assistance. 12000 died. If 60 million get this virus and 20% or 12 million people need medical assistance and we have a total of 46000 ICU beds nationwide......yeah.....not good.

From here forward, everything will be dependant on hospital capacity. We restrict and there is bed space restrictions will slowly be lifted. If theres no bed space restrictions will increase.

    Simple math

I havent approved of Trumps response to this in the beginning.

I do think he is much more on track now.

California has already authorized Hotels to house sick people.
