True freezer built on a Friday

Customer has a brand new True R290 freezer. It was giving an alarm for the T-1 probe (cabinet temp). The electrical box is located on the bottom. It has 2 screws near the top that need to be removed and then the panel hinges open. (Hinges on the bottom).

I guess whoever buttoned this thing up at the factory, didn’t make sure all the wires were in the box before closing the front. Here is what I found. Exactly like in the picture. I didn’t touch them.

On a good note, True actually installs three thermistors, but only uses 2, so I abandoned this one and hooked up the unused thermistor.

Almost looks as if someone pulled them out to test them rather than just being pinched.

Why is it that those who complain the most contribute the least?
