I tried this with no luck. However, if I log out and click on Pro Residential without being logged in, I can get in without the error but it shows no threads.

I just got the error while switching from mobile view to full site while logged in.(gateway)
I think your threads missing issue is you have to be a pro to see it and if you are not logged in then it's the same as a guest.

They have something to go by now anyway.
I imagine they are working on other issues and will get to this

I've got the same problem & I've tried with both Firefox & Chrome on four different OS's with two computers, three Linux & one Windows so the problem is not browser or OS specific. What is really interesting is that the 502 error is specific to the Pro Residential forum only. All the other Pro forums work fine. I wonder if it's some kind of firewall setting that is blocking certain type of devices or ISP's. Like MG already said if you're not logged in, then the Residential forum acts normal & just won't allow you to view the closed forum threads but once I log in I get the error.

Have you tried to access this specific forum from outside your internal workplace network?
I'm not on any kind of internal network.

We continue to dig, today we've been focussed on restoring outbound emails from the site.

So I observed something interesting which I think someone else also mentioned - if I go to the bottom and switch to the mobile version of the site so that the mobile version comes up on the PC I can access the forum without any issues. I tried going back to the full site on my phone and get the error.

So maybe this might offer a clue about the reason for the issue?

    Robb, you are the man!!!!

The Pro-Residential forum is back up. No more error (502 Bad Gateway) when trying to open it.

I would be interested to know what the problem was, but the explanation would no doubt be so far over my head, I would have to stand on a chair to even begin to understand it.

Thanks again for your work behind the scenes.

Seems we tripped over it and made an adjustment a bit ago.

Glad it worked. I'll let him know via text.

Please keep kicking tires and let us know

    Will do.

I'm sure he is working on the pdf upload issue, where nothing larger than 999KB will upload.

    Tell him thanks for us.
