    American Standard air handler blower

    American Standard model TWE048C140C0.
When power is turned on blower motor powers for 1-2 seconds then will coast to a stop. Is this normal for this American Standard?
Changed blower relay because blower would only run part time. Blower did same thing with old blower board

The blower would quite intermittently. And at that time there would not be any power coming from board relay to the motor.

On many units at "power-up" the blower runs as a purge before the system goes into normal service

On some Carrier units if there's a call for heat and you power it up the blower will run first.
