I have leak in chilled water leak in network. Observed consumption of make up water 60 l/hr.
Didn't found leak by visual inspection of pump rooms.
Is there any way to find leak area?

Use an IR imager to search for cold spots where the lines are under ground.

Isolate each building until the refill slows.

We've used infrared imaging to locate hot water leaks before.
I'm sure it could work for chilled as well, look for the cold spot.

look for excessive water running out of condensate drains on a/h units if they are bigger units.
