Hot water heater idea
We are building an office and shower unit to enter our facility. The office is 48’x48’ floor heat. Shower units are 4 units, 4 shower heads, that will be turned on simultaneously 4 times a day And 2 washing machines. What type of heater should I use for this.

What type of "facility" is this, and what is a "shower unit", and why are there 4 of them that are turning on simultaneously 4 times per day?
What type of "floor heat" will this "office and shower unit to enter our facility" have? Is it "in floor heat" such as pex tubing with hydronic water going through it or electric coils embedded within the concrete, or is it some type of "baseboard heat'?
I'm usually pretty good at figuring stuff out, but your post has me completely lost. Please clarify it a little bit so we can try to help you. Thanks.

the floor heat 1/2” pex line 8 loops 250’ long. The showers are just showers 4 placed beside each other so 4 employees can shower at the same time upon arrival at work.

Take a look at a combi boiler. I have installed a few NTIs. VM153P.

Ok, so the heating loops are already in and you just want to know what type of boiler you should get, and all of the crazy stuff about the showers and the washing machines don't really have anything to do with anything?
Have you tried talking to your contractor or engineer or whoever is designing the building?

Modcon Boiler with indirect.
Run 85-120 floor heat with OD reset. Priority DHW to indirect.

If you have NG available use a combi boiler f ki rdd the floor heat and showers.
