    Now that's craftsmanship

    Not that big of deal, but... Why? There was plenty of other ways to make it so the ball valves don't hit each other. And obviously it wasn't a diy since they used propress.

    Those handles are not reversible if you take one off????

    You have to close the vertical one first. I would take the handle off of the horizontal and bend it into a U, or a 45
    If I do a job in 30 minutes it's because I spent 30 years learning how to do that in 30 minutes. You owe me for the years, not the minutes.

    Dang! can’t even shut off the disconnect switch and hitting the pipe...geez only kidding

    Can you at least fully open the disconnect box?

    Never seen one that was.

    A little bend of each handle would facilitate each valve's operation, but I've also always been critical of such crap work.

    this is poor work for sure it would be red tagged in my area to close to the disconnect box they would make us re route the piping away from it

    The valves I have dealt with, you can reverse them like you stated. But some times you have to bend the tabs on the handle, which removes the stop and you will be able to over rotate the handle.

    Lot of guys out there with access to tools they should not be operating... Apartment maintenance guys come to mind....

    i did apartment maintance but i knew when to say sorry this is not a job i can handle or do call a pro
