    using MC outdoors

    Ive seen quite a bit of MC pulled thru a pitch pocket and into the condensing unit this year , Ive spotted this either walking across a roof , or just happen to notice while sitting in the truck checking out other units .... as we all do

    Ive always used liquid tite , and ive never asked an inspector if MC was allowed

    I cannot imagine it would be ...

    its not in my area inside only or in covered and protected areas only

    Sometimes ....even though it looks like MC, it's actually FMC and as long as the conductors inside the FMC are listed for wet and damp conditions, you're usually going to be okay.
