    My Sidejob

    Took out a 5ton put a 4ton, as per Load Calc.

    Existing ductwork was sized for a 4ton and the original contractor installed a 5ton(2309sq ft). My friend was real reluctant to down size his unit. When I first turned it on and let it run he was amazed that his paperwork wasn’t blowing off all his desks and countertops like before.

    Called me last week to tell me his house hasn’t felt as dry as it is now in since he moved in 7 years ago

    Final TESP was .52”WC
    Supply .23” WC
    Return .29”WC

    Swage and hand bent all copper. No 90s or couplings used.

    I am a service tech not an installer. So please don’t be too harsh on me

    your work looks grate the hold down on the sealtite for the pump could use some tlc

    He’s supposedly getting a new pump. So hopefully when he does they’ll strap that sealtite down
