The only tool I’ve seen for that is this squeegee. They usually give em out for free at the supply house I go to.

Not what I was looking for. The tool permits one to seal the side of an AH with only a couple of inches between the AH and the wall.

Didn’t someone post it on here a few days ago. I recall seeing it but not what section.

It rough terms it was like a yard stick with a chip bag clip on the end. The it also had a blade on it to to press it down iirc

    Looks simple enough to make.

Just what I need... another *am tool.

    My van is overflowing now.
Can someone please explain to me -
Why is there never enough time to do it right the first time, but plenty of time to do it twice?

I actually laughed out loud when I read that. It’s so similar to what I was thinking.

Yeh, my tool count seems to keep growing and growing.

Soon I will need to put the tools in the driver's seat and I will not be able to drive.

Isnt that what the helper is for?

If I can, I tape first then put that thing in the closet.

I used credit cards for years before the idea of using a body-putty (Bondo) applicator occurred to me. Eventually I saw a display showing a 'taping tool' sitting out with the tape. In a pinch I have just used my hand - inside of a cotton work glove.

I’ve used my hand too many times - without a cotton glove. Each time I say it’ll be my last.

Usually a guy with the brain of a goldfish. Forgets things in a few hours. Have to tell them the same thing everyday...always wants to know what time is lunch and when is quitting time. And seems to think he can work with a tool in one hand while he's 'LOL'ing with his phone in the other.
