    Confused Can't find the right zone damper actuator replacement

    I'm trying to replace a simple 2 wire, spring-return, zone damper actuator/motor, but the recommended replacement part, honeywell 847D, has entirely different mounting connections and doesn't fit at all. It's the equivalent of trying to plug 2 female ends together.

    I can't for the life of me find a replacement actuator with that kind of mounting/bracket connection. Is it just obsolete and out of production?

    My other options are to replace the whole damper or try some kind of retrofit.
