Daikin WMC: is there any downside to upgrading from the OITs to the new HMI?

I want to start upgrading the pc in our chillers to the new HMIs because I believe they are more reliable than the windows based OITs. Is there any reason to stick with the OITs over HMI?

I would say if you aren't having any issues, don't fix what isn't broken.

the upgrade is pricey.....if you're just dumping end of year cash, go for it!

Remove the Daikin Panel and install an Arctic Cool retrofit panel

You could also look into a company called MCS. They make great control panels for every manufacturer.
