The unit will not blow warm air when set to heat, I changed the air filter earlier. Any suggestions?

Make sure your breakers and power switches are on.
Beyond that, it’s probably time to call your service provider.

What does this Air Handler have for heat, electric heat strips, hooked to a Heat Pump? How old is the system? Have you ever had a basic PM check if your unit is more than a few years old?

Lol! Most likely, due the recent moon phaseshift and European swallow migration in a bullmarket with historically low interest rates, your allparts are misaligned or obsolete. Recommend upgrading to a capacitor, preferably flux, in the 1.21 gigawatts range. Or I guess you could call someone

Start asking friends or neighbors for recommendations on hvac co. Your power provider may have a list of approved contractors.
