Son of a... Schneider Electric bought up Can2Go several years back, now this. I hope JCI doesn't do what SE did with Can2Go. The price doubled, we had to give our second born to sign up with SE and it is close to impossible to buy from SE. This is getting old.

    Exactly.

When approached with an offer you can't refuse, 99/100 will take it. No shame there.

The ones I have had to deal with, wouldn't say its all positive. Most are business as usual for a few years. Can't rock the boat too much or all the users flip the bird and move on and it crashes and burns. After that period things start to move in one direction or another.

If I was using easyIO, I would keep an eye on all the contacts you have within. If you notice there's a trend of them exiting, time to put your radar on high sensitivity for a crap show and keep an eye out for plan B.

Anyone notice that Alerton now has the ciper with a blue label now??

I'm happy for Mike and the crew. Johnson lost alot of clients in our area to EasyIO. In my honest opinion, Johnson saw an opportunity to take them out before they gained more foothold in the market and became too big to buy down the road.

As far as the future, EasyIO is open. Johnson of course is to the far extreme opposite. I don't think Johnson bought them for their technology, as it goes against everything they are.

    RIP EasyIO.
