I got one of those errors today so I just called tech support. Waiting for a call back.
Brand new TAM9 mated with an XV18. I miss simplicity.

I just mean single stage, simple crap like an old 67 ford.
That being said, easy diagnosis. One of the coil sensors was open so I gotta order one up. Wont be cooling for another 5 months so all is well.

Have you checked the refrigerant pressure? One of my XV18 problems with this error was fixed by simply topping up the refrigerant!
