Ok good. Did the pressures change at all after? Given the time of year I'd say the return leak was your issue. With the low alarm. What was the sh and sc? Btw hows that pro membership going. You'll get more responses in a locked area of the forum. Maybe ask the mods to hook you up. Idk.

You should also take a look at the txv bulbs. Back in the day sporlan had it in the documents, now they don't. But the cap tube coming off the sensing bulb must be at the highest point. If it isnt the txv gets lazy so to say and it will create low pressure situations. Had a 48a that froze up on day one. Set the txv bulbs in the correct position and issue solved.

You gotta run through the settings and set it up.without that you'll be chasing ghost.

Would you mind if I private messaged or texted you? The tech support isn’t helping at all.

another thing with ALL rtu units. the factory sized pulley is set for a free flowing concentric ( no static) once you put it on a system with duct work the cfm drops due to static. On every 48 series unit i have put on a 1 inch bigger blower pulley. this about maxed out the amp draw and got the air flow up.

I installed 3 48A 30 ton units. Before I changed the pulley I had horrible static ( vav system) and I maintained a 52 deg discharge at 100% fan with just two of the 4 compressors. Yeah thats no good. Changed the pulley and much better performance.

An air balance is always best to make sure youre at the max cfm needed. Also do the math to check max blower wheel rpm.
