Oil is going to be changed on all chillers (3 of them) after this test. Oil analysis was fine last year. Yes, 14 .7 gallons per compressor. Total tonnage 270 (2 compressors) on one skid. Oil in the compressor's oil sight glass is fine. Looks like I'm getting good oil flow in the oil line sight glass.

There is a NASA requirement to run chiller CW set point to 31 degrees. Can't answer why. Struggling to keep the chiller's running properly because of it. HGBP on constantly. Engineers here decided to jack up the refrigerant charge and condenser water set point to 95 degrees to keep the low suction warnings away. Liquid injection is now on 50% of the time. All running and maintaining the current test.

Pressures are nominal on all 4 compressors averaging 22 suction, 128 discharge...R134A. Currently running at 78% capacity. ECW 35 LCW 31. Could use a better spread in temps there.
