    York RTU Model # D7CG060N09925BDA

    Good evening all
    Thanks in advance for your help with this. I have a York RTU that will not work on a call for heat. The sequence of operation seems to work as it should. I have power to the combustion motor (2 - 120 volt leads) but it will not turn. I replaced the motor and the same thing happens which is nothing. On the bottom of the motor there is 2 red wires. One red wire goes to one end flame roll out switch and the other end to the roll out terminal on the ignition control module. (I do have 24 volts on both sides of the switch) the other red wire goes to the TH terminal on the ignition control module. I feel like it is something simple but I just cant place my finger on it. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    Its a 240 volt motor so you will have 120 to each wire. Not a DIY site.

    2-120 V leads?
    That’s not correct.
    What’s the heat exchanger look like in that thing. I’ve condemned thousands. Literally.

    Not sure what the heat exchanger looks like. Could this be the cause of why it won’t start? Blower motor is working....

    I think it’s time to call your service company.
    Your not using your meter correctly.
    And the heat exchanger needs to be checked for cracks and rot. They go soft on the seams and at the bottom of the first bend.

    Inducer is hooked up the same exact way as the other. Again, seems like it’s right there.

    I’m very familiar. Been working on them for 18 years.
    But this site doesn’t offer any diy instruction.
    So how about you tell us about yourself. Are you the equipment owner, facility maintenance, new tech?
    If your a tech apply for pro membership, we can get into detail in the professional section.
