Bryant/Carrier Pressure switch issues still prevalent? (Error #31)

About a two-and-a-half years ago I switched from service to install. When I left Service carrier and Bryant we're both having the notorious pressure switch issues with the 915's and 925's. The company i worked for followed dealer bulletins to remedy this issue. Now after being an installer for two-and-a-half years I am wondering if carrier is still producing furnaces from the factory that will have this issue or did the finally create a factory permanent fix.

I have not seen an issue for several years. First on I tried to fix, I ruined and they sent ha a new inducer. I got that one right.
