    Both numbers say call a service tech. I wish I knew one. I replaced a control board on an ah mn-ARNU736B8A2. Sn. 407KACA00035. Now error CH 53, intermittent on 2 stats, sometimes error 0, and 242. They sent a blower motor with the board, we didn’t charge the motor, it has two blower motor and both are operating normally.

    I left my contact info on the lg site yesterday, called my local rep, and the installation company, nothing after 4 hours yesterday and 4 this morning. LG IS CRAP.

    Have you done an auto address and a pipe search?
    Seems to me that's where you need to be.
    Once you get factory on the line you should be good. I've always gotten good help.

    Sorry for the misinformation.I haven't tried using the number in a while. At one time, LG tech support was very helpful and professional. Best thing about LG in my opinion.

    They finally emailed me a number to use. Another tech did the initial call had a error of 010, blower comm error. He was supposed to order both blower motors and the control board, got the other motor on order and found a bad comm board on a different unit. Only took 45 minutes after waiting 48 hours for a phone number.
