They could have at least turned it around so the lettering wasn’t facing out

... But then the inspector won’t know what was used and they won’t pass it.

Hanging off the edge of pad...*check*
    Too close to dryer vent...*check*

Yeah, this looks to be an example of someone trying to fail so bad it goes viral.

Thought it was metal rain gutter but says vinyl, job located in Canada? as if the residence is in USA, they would have flipped the gutter over to expose the writing in English.. Guessing the owner doesn’t care to much what it looks like as long as it runs troublefree, as it looks like it’s a older install...guessing one too many beers, by the time they got the straps alignment and securing of the rain gutter....

Maybe there is more to it then we see. Maybe it’s to help contain the water dripping off of a frozen suction line? But by containing the liquid line in a block of ice it would increase subcooling substantially... come to think of it, they could be on to something!

Hey, hey, hey now, quit slamming my work. Had nothing to do with too many beers. The fact is I ran out of beer, so I couldn't stay there and take my time and make it look prettier. No store for 50 miles, found that gutter in the guys barn, and quote said to hide the lineset, so I complied. Had to drive home so I could get really get my fill of brewskies.

If you were a real tech, you'd solder a relay on that board and call it good to go.

I do a triple evac with nitro to remove non condensables.

I use 56% silver on everything except steel.

Did you really need the " If you were a real tech " ??
