You have 2 thermostats? Is this system properly zoned? Has anyone checked inputs to the board? If the board was recently changed and didn’t help the problem how would another help?

Serviceman checked things out. He disconnected the motherboard and ran the furnace, stand-alone, with no problem. He checked out the wiring on both thermostats to rule out either of those being the source of the problem. Motherboard had some rattling so all the connections and baseplate screws were tightened up. System turned on and ran without any problems.
