    New air filter installed
    air flow is good
    condenser clean
    installed new liquid line filter
    if liquid line blocked condenser pressure is not rising it is 200 psi so less chance
    I will add more gas let me see , i will post the rsult

    Is the expansion device a orfice if so check the number.

    have you looked at the indoor coil to make sure its clean ? Shine a light into the coil fins and loook deep

    Air flow is fine is not a measurement.
    Liquid line blocked, how?
    Adding more gas? Guessing.

    You need measurements not guessing.
    Super heat
    Sub cooling
    Static pressure.

    The SH and SC values you posted sound like you didn’t check them and are just giving a guesstimate range.

    Please take actual pressure and temp readings of the lines along with indoor and outdoor temps st the time you take the other readings.

    Check your airflow, also was it charged with new R-22 or something else?

    Did you pull a deep vacuum after installing compressor? How many microns?
