Water cooled heat pumps (Bosch Vs Climatemaster)

Anyone have experience servicing these water cooled heat pump units?

I want to hear feedback on who you prefer? Which one has easier serviceably and seems to need less of it over time.

    Thanks !

In 2015 we installed 8 Bosch - water source heat pumps in a Country Club dont remember the tonnage, largest maybe 20ton? . They have been trouble free so far. Seems like they are not over engineered. I believe they have copeland scrolls and a coaxial heat exchanger.

Some of them we ordered in two sections due to a very tight quarters. We assembled them when we got then in the mechanical room.
