You supporters are backing the wrong horse. Actually a jackass.

So do you have a solution...

    If not... well...

Those without a solution... really do not have the right to b*tch about the solution being enacted.

Are you deaf? I have said several times I agree with pulling troops out of Syria. I agree with pulling our troops out of basically every country. But I seem to remember you supporting the US being the world police... but when Trump says it, you agree. Interesting.

For starters, it is seriously written at a middle school level. Second, it doesn't say a single thing straight. Just one example... don't kill people... which people is Erdogan supposed to not kill? And considering Erdogan sent their troops in after receiving the letter and simply put the letter in the trash kind of supports that it is abysmal.

What the liberals don't know what was going on before the withdrawal.. The Turks have fifty of our nukes back from the cold war era.. We essentially United for that time as The Turks Trusted us more than Russia as Russia which then was the USSR and forced many nations into it's Union and control... Fast forward.. The turks with no longer having that fear and the constantly changing Middle east and it's leaders changing we decided it was time to retrieve the nukes.
The Turks did some random fire close to our military operations in Syria shortly before we left... Essentially a warning... Everything went downhill fast.. we went from getting out scheduled nuke returns to having artillery fire close to our military operations pretty darn fast... We could either stay ... Perhaps get struck by random fire.. maybe wait for a nuke of our own to hit us... We don't know if that was even threatened.. Had the Turks kept fireing at our installations .. well it's pretty much war at that point.. they were telling us to leave more or less.
We can sit and look like sissies... Maybe catch a random missile. Or leave... we left.
The Turks go after the Kurds.
And people can say want they want... But Russia is cleaning up the mess and Stopping the slaughtering of Turks.
This would have been Russias chance to chance to make us the laughing stock of the world.... With the tensions between us and Russia and our sanctions war on them... They still are cleaning up our mess and cleaning our stage... We owe them a big one.. How Trump and Russia worked this out without a spotlight is even better... Hopefully whatever transpired will also end our Russia tensions as well ...now if we just can get those nukes !!...we know we can't trust the Turks now...Being president right now would suck..Now we await to see what the next big play is

It was a relatively small amount of troops, what it’s doing to our reputation at home and around the world is much larger. I agree we should stay out of the ME as much as possible, but this was not the way.

Do the police stand on every street corner and run a city like a jail???

Trump just got our lads and lassies in the military out of harms way for now.

Being the worlds police has advantages... however it takes thinking outside the box to understand that...
    Pick your battles my friend...
Trump seems to understand how to do that...
Maybe we all can learn something from Trump...

It is not what I would have written - that much is true. <g>

But I have a (I think) different take on what President Trump does.

As a general rule I have felt that presidents and other politicians around them have been duplicitous and double-dealing in regard to the American People. They often do this by what I would call: "hiding inside their words". Speech writers are very well paid for their craft for a good reason. <g> This judgment of mine then serves to color Everything they do or say - and subsequently the Ways in which they do and say them.

And because of that bias I am frequently delighted to see someone doing things differently. The 'better or worse' of it will be for history to decide - but simply doing things differently is a great thing to me. The previous methods have led to what we have now - so why keep doing things the same way?

I always say: Always Do Something - Even If it's Wrong. And I often mean: 'something different' in the event that previous actions have been less than perfectly successful.

Nobody is clairvoyant, and maybe least of all; politicians. You do what you do and judge the results of your actions.

In other words, we are living in a time when our president purposely makes decisions that have unintended consequences and we should be OK with them because he is blazing a different path than previous administrations.
It ain't what you don't know that gets you in trouble. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so.

It's one thing to use slick words, I can see that. It is another thing to be comprehendible, which Trump was not in that letter.
