Oh that gross...... and for 6 years no change ????? how his HVAC was working and blowing air out. It must have done havoc on the compressor and his HVAC must be near to break down. And i could even think about energy bills. There must be HVAC home owners maintenance awareness course for HVAC owners at the time of installation.
