How about a brief history of your where you are on the HVACR tree of knowledge as of now. KindaSorta ,why are you interested in the Business sector? I have a book or two that might help in both areas Tech/Business.

I have just got done opening up my own company and going to be doing a larger percentage of residential work. so looking to find something geared a little bit more to the residential side of business.
